Review Long DASH Forms

You can self evaluate using the DASH Long form by clicking the button.  Be sure to choose the role of 'Instructor' when filling it out!

Use the table below to review your DASH form results.

The following items are worth knowing regarding the table:

  • When entering multiple search criteria, match results will only display if all fields are present.
  • To export the data table, simply click on the desired button format on top of the table.
  • When exporting, the current displayed search results will be downloaded.
  • Click the clear button to display all results.
  • To view a specific entries details, click on "View Details" in the Link to Entry column.
  • Overall Average values will only be calculated if all elements were graded.
