Trauma NB is launching in-situ simulation courses in partnership with Vitalit\u00e9 and the Horizon Simulation Program. You are still required to complete the pre-course e-learning modules before attending the simulation cases to be eligible to receive the 2 hours\u00a0<\/strong>of Accredited Simulation Activity (Section 3) <\/b>as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada <\/b>and approved by the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians.<\/b><\/p>\n

You can complete these pre-course e-learning modules up to 6 months<\/strong> before the simulation course. You can start the modules anytime<\/strong>, even if you haven’t registered for the in-situ simulation yet.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPre-Course E-Learning Modules\t<\/h1>\n\t

Each pre-course e-learning module is approximately 1-hour long. These must be completed before the simulation course to be eligible to receive CME credits. The modules can be completed up to 6 months before the simulation course.<\/p>\n\t
